This workout is in Tabata format so :20 seconds on, :10 seconds off throughout for 4 minutes per circuit (pair of exercises). Once you complete 4 minutes of a section, we then have 30 seconds rest to begin the next circuit and so on!
This Tabata workout is split into 7 pairs of exercises:
TRICEP PUSH UPS
PLANK TOE TOUCHES
IN AND OUTS
ONE ARM DB CLEAN AND PRESS (R)
ONE ARM DN CLEAN AND PRESS (L)
(4) HIGH KNEE + FLOOR TAPS
SQUAT TO PRESS
CIRCUIT 7 (BURNOUT)
:60 SECS ON :20 SECS OFF ( ONLY 2 SETS)
SQUAT TO RDL
We simply perform one exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, perform 2nd exercise for 20 seconds, rest, and repeat for 4 minutes!
Try to do as many reps as possible for the 20 seconds!!
