30 MIN LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT – Dumbbells, No Jumping, Cardio | 30×30 Day – 17

Day 17 is a follow along 30 minute LOW IMPACT full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group with compound movements to help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!

This is a SLOW BURNER! I really want you guys to take it SLOW, focus on using the right muscles (mind to muscle connection), practice good form, and just become more aware of your body! Keep the tension, squeeze the muscles, core tight, hold the pauses, take deep breathes in and out, and keep that heart rate steady!

The weight I am using is a pair of 15lb dumbbells. So yes, as heavy as you have access to and slow paced, controlled and full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.
