In this video, we’ll be doing a super beginner-friendly leg day!
All you’ll need for this workout is your body–you can easily do this workout right from home as you catch up on your fav Netflix show.

RB-Only Shoulder Workout:
1) Box Squats | 3×12 reps
2) Glute Bridges | 3×12 reps
3) Stationary Lunges | 3×12 reps/leg
4) Lateral Walks | 3×12 reps/leg
Rest for 60 seconds in between each set.
